  • I had a wonderful experience in the store on South Blvd today. I have a little dog who had surgery yesterday. Her vet reccomeded a food I couldn't find. I wasn't informed it was prescription only. I met Steven in the dog food section and he asked what I was frantically searching for. He googled the food my vet ordered (with his personal cell!), and found a product similar by looking at ingredients of several products. He even explained what the differences in food meant for my dog. He really went above and beyond!! I was so pleased and I am so THANKFUL! I really hope this young man gets recognition for truly taking care of his customer. I am completely wowed by his knowledge and dedication to the job and products! He made this scared and panicked dog-mama feel much better! :)
