The women working here....some are nicer than others. Some have more attitude than others and some are more helpful. Just depends on the day I guess.
I know they are a high volume store so I do take this into consideration.
My sister is getting married and getting all her bridesmaids dresses here, so we've been spending plenty of time and money there.

Don't forget to take in your alterations receipts back in with you, if you prepaid for them when ordering your dress.
They don't have access to receipts for purchases made on alterations and are making us go find the receipt and contact them with the details. When we called ahead to make the appointment, we asked if there was anything we needed to bring in and we were told no, so this could've all been avoided if we were just given the correct information of the phone.
When I asked about why there wasn't a better system in place (since this is such an inconvenience), she responded that since they were such a high volume store...yada yada yada, no real definitive answer.
Well if you're such the high volume store that you are, you'd think there would be something in place to track those alterations purchases without sending people back home, stressing to find a silly receipt that should be easily available on a computer.
