  • My experience with Rossmar & Graham has been one of the Most Frustrating experiences of my life. Our Community has been assigned the bottom of the barrel Property Managers, which seems to be their only option. They are usually defensive, give out wrong information, cannot follow-up, nasty/unpleasant, and like to run a dictatorship. When we change a Property Manager, it usually gets worse. Their Accounting department makes mistakes regularly. Their ability to manage the Landscapers and keep track of repairs or outstanding issues and maintenance is Abysmal. We will be interviewing other Property Management Companies soon. Enough is Enough! Be Warned, Do Not Hire Them!
