  • We purchased our fountain from Green Goddess eight years ago. They had a good selection. They installed it and that went well. However, our fountain now leaks and we called them for service. The follow up for service was very poor. They are not customer focused. We were asked why it leaked...I don't know. We were asked to bring it in... Ummm, no. It weighs 400 lbs. They sent an invoice just to get on their schedule and wanted 50% payment before they did any work and before they even can came out to look at it. We'll find another service company and won't buy anything from them in the future. Jeff K.
