  • Big fan. Bigger fan especially since this is the only place that was open past midnight on a Sunday evening. In Vegas, I found this slightly alarming, but after a stiff night of walking around, dessert came calling. Sugar Factory is a restaurant/dessert bar that is open 24 hours so it was perfect that we were looking for something sweet and caffeinated. I ordered a coffee and the Turtle sundae. A plated affair of coffee ice cream drizzled with caramel sauce, pecans, and brownie bites. Our waiter was very nice and quite attentive, given it was past 1 a.m. and watching the people that frequent the strip around this time of the morning makes for an interesting observation. Great desserts, great music, and even better coffee. I'm definitely coming back to try more desserts :)
