We've had some trouble with our download speeds and received a free service call. The technician was polite but seem to have some confusion on how router channeling works. He recommend that we replace our router but upon further research we were able to reconfigure our router and resolve our issue. I would advise anyone to read up on their WiFi equipment before calling for service as these technicians cannot be expected to to know everything about the thousands of configurations. That said, I wish they did not PRETEND to know and give advice on replacement.
