  • I have a problem with the title on the car I purchased from Cadillac and I've called them many many many times to get the problem solved. Each person I talk to passes the problem on to a Sales Manager. But here is never a Sales Manager there that I can speak with and he or she won't return my call. I guess Customer Service ends the minute the car rolls off their lot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
