  • Las Vegas-Philadelphia round trip. Old airplanes, tiny seats. Flight to LV had no video service. No beverage service but for lukewarm water. I asked for a sandwich and had a cheese on croissant plopped in my lap (no other choices exist apparently). Flight back had the small screens hanging from the center of the aisle. Flight attendant on return flight very rude and unhelpful. Gate attendant in Philly was bizarre: anybody asking a question was threatened with calling security. I fly a lot and I'll never fly AA again, if I can help it.
