  • I've gone to this Ghengis Grill many times, it is one of my favorite restaurants to eat at. But I went tonight and it was one of the worst times I have ever been out to eat. I made my order and took it to the grill. My waitress brought my bowl back and it was the wrong order. She took the bowl back and then I saw at the bar, they had messed up a lot of other people's orders. She eventually came over and asked me what I had in my bowl and I told her. So she brought me a bowl, which had most of the meats and vegetables I ordered, but it had none of the starches I ordered and no sauce with it. The food was not good and I had to add soy sauce and salt just to make it eatable. The thing I'm most upset about is my waitress didn't apologize for the order being wrong, and she didn't even discount my order even though it was missing things. I felt I should have only had to pay for a regular bowl since that's what I received. The staff and restaurant was very below average, and I'm not sure if I will be returning anytime in the future.
