  • After viewing her rating from zillow during my search for a realtor to sell my home, I instantly knew she was " the one"-Faith Harmer It was like magic, I signed the selling contract within two days of the listing. Let me recap: As soon as I made an appointment with Faith Harmer, she came over to my house the following day to discuss my real estate situation. In addition, she also brought an analysis package of my home information and was ready to elaborate on how the process was going to go regarding my situation. Long story short, during these 50 days of listing to closing, Faith Harmer really demonstrated what a true realtor should be. She was not only very professional in terms of all of the paperwork that had to be signed, but also explained each document to great length. Plus, she is also extremely knowledgeable of the real estate regulations and protocols. Most importantly, she was very efficient and even took the extra mile to get my house ready on the market by finding the right and reasonable contractors. Furthermore, she is the hardest working realtor I have ever dealt with. She kept me updated with any new information; she also patiently answered my phone calls and reassured me of my concerns. Overall my real estate experience was the smooth one, I know that is all because of Faith Harmer, I truly feel grateful to have her as my realtor, honestly, I will definitely use her again next time I have any real estate needs. In short, if you need buying or selling your home, "You gotta have Faith." She will definitely serve you well!
