  • This review is completely about front desk staff. I'm currently in the lobby, nervously awaiting my husband's return from surgery and all I can hear is about the front desk staff's family drama with inlaws. There are three of them all chatting and talking like they are at a bar or coffee shop. So unprofessional and catty.
