Just finished our first (and only) stay there. Here are my observations:
-Dirty
-Overwhelmed and disorganized staff
-Terrible parking
-Dishonest
We had a late check in but had set up ahead of time for a crib for the little one. Not only was it not there but when we called the front desk asking for it they told us they weren't sure they had any. By the way that will be $10. And so it went with the nickel and diming. There was an issue with the bathroom lights but I figured out you just had to push the reset button on the outlet to get them to work. Whatever, we were only there 2 nights.
It took 4 phone calls and three visits from various staff who couldn't help us to get the crib, which was a roll up playpen. I don't mind that. What I did mind was the used latex glove that fell out of the playpen when we opened it.
Well, time for the kids to go to bed. Let's open the couch bed. No sheets. More visits from staff that can't speak English so you have to play charades to convey what you need.
Called the manager the next morning to complain.
"We were very busy last night."
Well that made it Ok then.
Walk across the carpet, your feet get black.
Hope you like cracker crumbs in your bed. That was the one thing that was free.
Need a second packet of coffee? That's $1.10.
Need another tiny shampoo? $2.00.
Want to use the complimentary free breakfast buffet? Sshhhh. It's a time share pitch but you won't know until you go to cash in.
There are lots of choices in Las Vegas. Use one of them. I will.
