BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. The manager Ashley is the most rude, unprofessional and repulsive sales person you will ever meet.
I recently traded in my Nissan Maxima for a Cadillac CTS. After two weeks of having the new car the finance director calls me to tell me the bank cannot fund the loan that the car dealership and I agreed to and I would need to put down $2,000 to keep the car!
After I signed all the paperwork and agreed to terms they call me two weeks later to tell me they need $2,000 down on the car. So I agree to pick up my original trade in car and the finance director says he will have my car cleaned and ready to go. So when I picked it up my original trade in car it was filthy inside and out. I left the car there clean and two weeks later I get it back filthy. When I ask the manager if she can wash it she rolls her eyes rudely and says did you bring back MY car clean? Her car?
I did bring the car back clean and then she rudely agrees to clean the outside of my car Then she comes back 15 minutes later to tell me the car wash at the dealership is broke. She says she can wipe of the car herself.. I then notice the inside of the car is filthy caked with dust from them leaving the windows open for the last two weeks. I ask the manager Ashley what she can do for me to get car cleaned and she replied I will let you leave with your car! I tell her her rudeness and lack of customer service is unacceptable and I ask for her manager which he did get inside of my car cleaned.Then as I am talking with the manager Ashley one of the workers tried to literally fight me saying " he was off the clock". I will be filing a number of complaints on this dealership and it's employees.
BOTTOM LINE THIS IS A TYPICAL CAR DEALERSHIP WITH THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED AT ANY LEVEL AS A CONSUMER.
