  • If i could give it ZERO stars, I would. This place was horrible. I needed furniture for my business and we purchased it one month before opening. They said 7-10 days so I figured that was great since we had 30 days........the furniture NEVER came. I finally had to call and cancel half the delivery so I could get furniture somewhere else to open my business. They tried to charge me a restocking fee!!!! It wasn't my fault! I actually did want their furniture!! 8 weeks go by and i have still NEVER heard a peep from them about the other half of my order. I finally call to find out what the problem is and they say that they only have 3 of the 4 pieces I need. I say need to cancel and get a refund if that's the case because this is ridiculous.....she puts me on hold and all of a sudden they have all 4 and it's getting delivered tomorrow!!! What if I had never called? They propbably would have kept all my money and never given me furniture. They staff is less than pleasant to work with. Prices are great but I would pay double to not go with what I went through with them. Walker furniture actually saved me by getting me furniture for my business on time and BEFORE we opened. Big's furnitures stands for a BIG NO NO!!
