  • I was brought on to this establish as an employee within the past month. Before having to resign, I was a frequent customer of this location specifically because of the bigger selection found in The Lush @ Fashion Show mall. I have a strong distaste for how the employees are treated here due to the behavior seen by a Regional Manager. It's unfortunate how one person could be so bad for business morale. Sadly, the sales ambassadors are far to aggressive and not highly trained in what the products do. Although they are not estheticians in any means, training could be more extensive to better help the customer experience. After seeing from an employee perspective, it's apparent there is poor and sluggish leadership present.
