No one in this salon is remotely professional besides the receptionist, Carrie. Every stylist will go outside to smoke a cigarette while you are waiting for color/blowdry/whatever. Expect your freshly cut hair to smell like cig smoke.
In addition, the stylists cannot, for the life of them, be ON TIME or even remember who you are... It seems like the hair stylists are drunk at work everyday... Not kidding. No idea how this place stays in business. Everything down to the crappy interior design screams mediocre.
