  • I'd give this place 10 stars if I could. I walk in this afternoon, Crystal is at the front desk. I tell her that I'd like to have my lenses in my glasses that I recently stepped on and smashed, transferred into an identical frame of an older prescription, eg swap the lenses. She immediately said "no problem", and took them into the backroom before I could even get an estimate. 5 minutes later, she's done, and she says no charge. I did NOT buy either pair of my glasses from Custom Eyes. Despite her protest, I tossed some currency her way. I went to Custom Eyes after reading some reviews here on Yelp, and obviously you folks steered me right. I'm thrilled that I can reiterate that it is the best customer service I've ever received. I order my glasses online, have for years, so unlikely I'll have need to return to Custom Eyes, but from what I experienced, if you do need an exam and some new glasses or contacts and want to go the retail route, sure appears to me that Custom Eyes should be your #1 choice.
