  • We have used Cool Touch since 2001 when we moved to AZ. Then had a home warranty company and were forced to use other companies a few times. This time our air conditioner totally stopped working and of course it was 108 out! We called Cool Touch (heck with the home warranty company, no techs available for days) and they were out here the next day, unit wasn't available until 3 days later, so were going to do a temporary fix for us, for no added charge, to get us through. Temporary fix was not working, so changed things around on their schedule and got a new unit installed for us the very next day. Tech's were VERY good, personable, and knew what they were doing. We can't say enough good things about Cool Touch!
