  • I do not recommend bringing your shoes to this place for repairs. The cobbler is so overwhelmed with work he does a poor job. They do not stand behind their work even when you have a receipt proving you paid for services rendered. If you have a problem with your work, they're very friendly on the exchange of money but very ignorant when you bring something to their attention. Two weeks ago, I paid $30 to have new tips put on two pairs of expensive dress shoes and a pair of boots. I was so excited to have them repaired. I wore a pair of the shoes for the first time on Monday. The tip came off on the heel, so I called. The gentleman who waited on me initially told me no problem bring them in and they will fix them without charge. I brought my shoes in along with the receipt and the cobbler got nasty with me refusing to fix them and denying it was his work despite I had receipt in hand. The lack of customer service and shotty work of a customer's merchandise who was going to continue being loyal is unacceptable. Needless to say when the cobbler got belligerent with me, I fired right back.
