  • I am very happy with the level of service here. The owner Dennis did an amazing job! He is fast, friendly and a true professional. I showed up at his shop about 5 minutes before closing time, and he was still very happy to assist me. After my measurement, he said I could pick them up the next day. But when I told him that I was leaving on a 4 day trip, he said if I didn't mind waiting he could finish them in a few minutes. Wow! Now that's above and beyond. I was very impressed, and very happy. He said since my pants only needed to be shortened, they were easy alterations. Didn't matter! I was happy to get my uniforms on the same day. I loved it! The guy is all business in approach. He is efficient, fast and skilled. Definitely a true pro. He told me they are opening another shop on 32nd Street which will focus on Menswear, and I would be happy to support it. He even gave me a coupon for my next alteration. 5 1/2 stars! :)
