  • I'm surprised Heinen's of Bay Village sells toilet paper, since every time I go there everyone in the store acts like they don't poop. Honestly, these people are the most pompous shoppers I've ever seen. And management knows that, as you won't find most of the unhealthy, cheap brands that form the staples of my diet. Sure it is clean, and the help is friendly, but I want people to judge me by the content of my character, not the content of my basket. That's another thing. I've never used a cart at this Heinen's because I couldn't afford to fill it. If I could, then I'd be able to have it carried to my car by the cart valets--have to admit, that's a nice touch, and tipping is not allowed. I'll go there when I need something and it is the closest store that might have it, but I get the feeling that I'm not good enough to be a regular. Giant Eagle is more to my liking, as I can carry Hormel Chili to the checkout line with my head held high, and pick up Camel Lights from the service desk without apologizing.
