  • After reading Spice City Toronto's blog review, I went there for lunch today. I had the Katsu (pork cutlet) in curry. It was served with rice and a thimbleful of cole slaw. I really liked my first taste of Japanese-style curry; it's aromatic and quite mild. The cutlet was perfectly fried and coated in crunchy panko. The Aura mall is still waiting for the majority of its tenants. I counted four open restaurants and I think there are about eight unoccupied food court spaces still to come. My lunch was worth the search down to the basement.
