  • I really wish I could give this place a zero star instead of a one star. I've got two crowns here a little over 4 years ago and I thought they did a good job on that. But, two nights ago one of them was loose from no reason and I called them ASAP to make an appointment to come in today. I wasn't worried too much since my two crowns came with a 5 years warranty as the doctor told me. Well, now the story starts. The new doctor who appeared to be "the new owner" looked at my x-ray. Then told me my root inside "maybe" kinda broken but he's not sure. He said he can immediately take my old crown off and see what's going on inside. But it's a 99.9% chance I had to redo the implant and get a new crown. (Even though the crown is perfectly fine). He returned with some papers with a few options and payment plans. Which is average 2000-3000 dollars. I asked him then what happened with my 5 years warranty? He said he's the new owner of the place and he can give me the old doctors number so I can call him.. seriously?! I don't even know who was my doctor and I only know that I got my crowns done at this place! Also the assistant was giving me all the bs that I never came back for the 6 months checkups and regular cleaning. She said that's required for the 5 years warranty. I told them I was here 3 times 4 years ago and no one EVER told me that I have to come here every 6 months to do follow up checkups. And I do go to another dentist every 6 months for my regular cleanings. Anyways, long story short, nothing worked out between me and the dentistry. They only wanted to rip me off and they did NOT wanna follow their Warranty plan. So I left with only paying the exam. I called back later to politely asked them to email me my X-ray so I could take them to other dentistry for estimates. The front girl refused me right away and told me ask other dentistry to fax them "a doctors release form". Really?! Sorry, I'm not gonna ever go back to you guys and pay you 3000 every few years with the bad job you do to my teeth and the nonsense warranty! Don't trust them when they tell you about their warranty! Don't even go there people. You'll find a much better dentistry who're responsible and do better jobs with less money!
