I think I've found my favorite martini spot... and there's a lot of competition out there in the GTA.
For one, the name of the lounge is brilliant! Equally brilliant are all the names given to the never ending list of martinis.
I enjoyed the atmosphere and although the music was slightly on the loud side, I found myself enjoying their beats. I wouldn't day the music was deafening, but I wouldn't go there to have an intimate conversation.
The service was very friendly and speedy, which facilitated a quick journey to tipsiness. And although some food was purchased to ease the bite of the drink, I must say that the calamari had a very interesting and yummy spice to it.
What I appreciate most about this place is that the martinis are super cheap, but the quality of the drinks aren't. You could actually taste the vodka, which isn't always the case for cheap martini bars.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a love for martinis, looking to have a good time with a couple of friends. May I suggest the Rickey Martini? Or if you want something with a bit of spice, I really enjoyed Eat My Apple Pie... but then again, there are so many yummy options to choose from!
Try them all (maybe not in one visit) and Enjoy!
