  • I have not checkedin yet and already had a very bad experience with their front desk service. I spoke last night around 10 PM with a front desk representative to early check in in the morning and the lady said I could checkin early when my plane lands at 8 but when I landed and called to check if I can check in the lady name starts with Y said there is going to be a fee for checking in before 12. I told her last night I spoke with someone who said there will not be any fee and she said asked me to wait. She came back and said I have spoken to manager and she said me and her are the only ladies here overnight and she said she never spoke to you either. Offended I asked her when did you start your shift, and she said midnight. I said why did you assume I called after midnight. She had no answer. I called back and to talk to the manager and after a long wait she connected with manager and the manager was even more ruder African American women who did not understand what I said at all and accused me of recording call when I said my phone has a log of the call which every phone in the world does have when people call it logs the call time and date and duration on your recent phone calls. Stupid bad inconvenient customer service. AVOID!!!!
