  • I understand weekends are busy at the grooming salon. But, please do not offer a service and then go back and say it cannot be completed! I am absolutely livid! Please...do not use their online booking system! It should be done away with altogether. After making an appointment for my dog to be groomed at 4pm, they call to say it is impossible for her to be bathed and groomed in the window of 4-7pm?! Seriously? The manager will tell you that they hate the system because it doesn't work and that WALK-INS take priority?! WHAT! I actually made 2 appointments for both of my dogs, ironically the larger dog was booked at 5pm and that wasn't a problem! Wow! I am actually relived that I received this call, I refuse to ever take my dogs to this grooming salon. Pure ignorance!
