  • I am currently in the process of building a civil suit against this company for unfair practices and harassment. Do not sign a lease with this company or else YOU WILL regret it. I will keep yelp reviewers updated and will be posting the end result of the civil case on here as well when that is resolved. My lease ended with this company over 3 months ago but they refuse to issue the security deposit back correctly. I have gone into the branch office at Garden Ridge to get the proper deposit check and have had multiple unpleasant interactions, but the last was by far the worse where I and my boyfriend were harassed out of the office by workers claiming that we had no right to be on property and that they would call local law enforcement to remove us. UNPROFESSIONAL SCAM ARTISTS. Stay tuned for updates. . .
