The owner manger Ted Chung has been giving me the run around for 2.5 months about a dress he ruined. I was very patient and reasonable in trying to find a solution. I even offered to search the internet for a replacement dress, which would surely be on sale now but he refused to agree to pay if I found one. He strung me along saying he would fix it and basically did nothing. Today when I stopped by for an update, he told me to sue him. That's exactly what I did, when he got the proof, he paid me for the dress.
