  • This place was our primary pediatric location in town for almost a year. But, fortunately, not anymore. My OB spoke highly of this place while I was still pregnant. And when my husband and I met Dr. Agarwal we thought that our baby would be in good hands. The person on the reception (not Anna, another woman) always gave me an attitude and sometimes was pretty rude. The nurses made mistakes filling in the charts on the constant basis. Some of them acted like they had never had any experience with infants at all. One of the nurses had very anti sanitary looking nails (I swear, there was dirt, like she just did some serious gardening and forgot to wash the hands). Brrr... They messed up with the vaccination schedule somehow and when I adressed Dr. Agarwal himself about the issue and other questions he became extremely defensive. And basically told me that it's the parents who are obliged to keep track of every shot, not the clinic because "it is a mess" (direct quote). Eh, what about the laptops that a nurse or a Dr brings in for every visit? And he was constantly telling me that I should go online, "because everything is there". Well, I checked that profile that was created on Healow. And I found that basically they made up half of the reports: the topics we "we're discussing", "recommendations"! They even lied about some handouts with useful information that they "gave to us" almost after every visit!!! I haven't seen any handout given to me but the one they gave us for the very first visit when my son was just born. Then I told him that one of the receptionists was rude. What do you mean rude? Asked me the doctor. Bravo! And instead of giving we the answers to the questions that really preoccupied me Dr. Agarwal was asking aggressively if I child proofed my house good enough. I realized that this conversation is going nowhere and my child was getting really tired, so I thanked him and decided to get out of the place as soon as possible. And guess what happened next? Suddenly, a nurse opens the door and gives me a form and tells that I need to sign it. I look through the paper-it said That I am refusing to give my child a HIP A shot. Which is a total bs, because 1) he already had the first shot couple weeks prior to this appointment 2) I didn't refuse from any shots That's exactly what I was trying to tell Agarwal! Their personal has no clue what to do! They bring random docs and forms, wrong vaccines, and they are rude! But apparently it is part of their routine they don't want to improve. Please, parents, be attentive! We all want our kids only the best, especially when it comes to the medical services. You won't find the best here, unfortunately! P.S The best person there is a male nurse! He's great!:) Very kind and understanding.
