  • Great service and even better staff. Kara was wonderful to deal with. Bob was super nice and very helpful. Brian Kratzer did the actual repairs and he did an amazing job. The work took a bit longer due to the extent of the damage. They took it to Range Rover and Range Rover took almost 2 weeks longer than expected. My car rental coverage ran out so Bob, Kara, and Brian got together and arranged a loaner of their own for me at ZERO additional cost. My Car is in perfect condition and they did an immaculate detail before I picked it up. From the detail guy to the ladies in the front office, Kara, Bob, and Brian... you all were a pleasure to deal with and the quality in your work was worth it!!! Thank you
