  • My wife went there today. They had 3 oil change rates: 29.99, 39.99. 49.99. She chose the 49.99 one. She went to pick up the car and they said $62-ish. She asked for the breakdown of charges, $3.50 oil disposable fee, $4 shop fee, plus taxes. She understood the taxes amount, but more importantly it was the person's attitude. Not friendly, did not apologize that the fees were not explained upfront. She went back and talked to manager (and that employee), and manager didn't care either. Were they taking advantage of a woman? Definitely treated her inappropriately. Never going back to "any" Fletchers shop. And sharing this experience with friends.
