  • We found out last time around January 9th that this company sub-contracted our driveway to another company. Luckily I spoke with the young man and explained to him we needed our driveway cleaned early as we drive our granddaughter to school. Not at 4PM. He said Pete --owner of Tri-County--told him to come in the evening! Now...we are unable to reach any of the three phone numbers Pete gave us. So...we had to contact another company and pay them $40 to do our driveway as an emergency job! Why are people like this allowed to rip people off and never show up???? Now all the companies in my area are fully booked for the season, so we are left with having to find someone to help us on an emergency basis. SHAME ON TRI-COUNTY FOR STEALING PEOPLE'S MONEY, NOT ANSWERING THEIR PHONES AND AT LEAST TRYING TO FULFILL THEIR OBLIGATIONS! HE TOLD US THAT HIS DAD AND SEVERAL BROTHERS WOULD BE ON THE ROAD, SO WE FELT THAT THEY WOULD BE RELIABLE. SAD SAD SAD!!!! LIARS!!! We cannot even ask for our money back, as we cannot reach them!!!!
