  • I cannot say enough wonderful things about Happy Pets Palace and their staff. My Stuff and Penny have been coming here for as long as they have been open. Our dogs have been boarded at several other facilities (4 different PetHotels, Bark Ave, etc) in the past and NONE of them compare to HPP. I receive texts from Linda (the owner) when she has questions or concerns about our dogs, or when she has a cute photo that she wants to share with us. When I was pregnant with my daughter, they even kept a kennel available for our dogs because they knew we'd have to drop them off the minute I went into labor, even though they (and I) didn't know exactly when it would happen. Many 1 star reviews are from people whose dogs were not accepted and I definitely get how frustrating that it. My Stuff wasn't allowed back at one of the PetHotels (for barking). Although I don't know the interview process, I feel 100% safe leaving my dogs with Linda and her team because I know that they've hand-chosen the dogs which are most appropriate for their facility.
