  • My alternator went out a month after getting a new battery and I needed a quick and preferably cheap replacement. I went on Google and Yelp and found this service. I was so excited about the convenience of them coming to me and the price was over $200 less than the quotes from the shops. .. guy replaced it in about an hour UPDATE--------------------------------- I'm waiting for the mechanic to come back because the car won't start. I thought all was good...we'll see if I just got ripped off or not ANOTHER UPDATE--------------------- so their customer support call center is BS. unhelpful agents.. they obviously are not empowered to offer any kind of help. Asked for a supervisor and was told someone would call me in 24 to 48 hours. I've worked outsourced call centers and seriously doubt I'll get a call back. I had to call my roadside assistance to come jumpstart my car after paying $257 to get it "fixed" because (as stated by the agent) the battery is unrelated to the alternator. Sigh..I really wanted to love this service.
