Have had two great customer service experiences here lately:
1. Went up to Flag to ski, kid busted head open (looked like a scene from CSI.) Went to ER and had to cut trip short. Other kids were sad. We came back and when Ski Pro saw my kid and heard why we came back early, they gave us a credit for our unused ski time to use on a future trip (which we did!) So nice.
2. Went in today to get 4 kids fitted for rentals. Place was crazy as it's MLK weekend. Poor guys in ski shop looked overwhelmed and were just trying to get to everyone. I was pleasantly surprised with how personalized the attention my kids received from Mack was. He took the time to not only make sure they had the right fit, ski size and pole height, but we didn't feel rushed or like we were a burden even when the little ones couldn't get the boots on quickly (or off for that matter!) and no one knew their weight or height. Mack was so patient, even though I am sure he had a pile of stuff to get to. This is why I go to Ski Pro...guys like Mack.
