  • I am giving this dealer one star just so I can write a review. let's start with the service department. like other reviews they take forever just to do an oil change and the service guy never seems to know what is going on nor does he act like he cares. the service guy Alex I remember from when big two was on Broadway rd and he was horrible then and stil is now. he doesn't return calls in timely matter. I was told after an oil change on my 08 sienna back in nov there might be a leak somewhere and they used a dye to check. well a month ago they said yes there is a leak in the upper oil pan and is a 15 hr job!!! (imagine the cost of that) I am suspicious about this now after reading other comments. seems like anytime I take my cars here they find a new problem. oh and I also will need new cv boots. I'm thinking I will need a second opinion. I will never let big two do such a big job anyways I do not trust them to do it right. I only come here for oil changes because seriously how can u mess that up and it's the closest location to me. I just bought a toyota venza from a different dealer today and I will not let them service it not even oil changes. ok now sales department. we all know the reputation of a car salesman. well big two pretty much confirms it. when I was shopping for a sienna back in 08. I went in to test drive a brand new sienna then that evening I was on the phone with the sales guy and made a deal on the price and everything. by this time it was almost closing time so I asked if I need to go in that night to sign papers. he said just come tomorrow. I drove 40 min the next day all ready to do the deal and they said they never agreed to the price and thought I wanted the previous yr model. talked to so many ppl or managers or whoever they are and everyone said theres no way they could honor the price. what a bunch of liars!! even to this day they are not willing to negotiate or work with u and all we hear is "thanks for coming in". never will I refer anyone here. hope this helps
