  • I've used Preflight in the past many, many times and had always had a great experience. Due to the recent construction, I had to use some of the other facilities around Sky Harbor but had been looking forward to returning. Unfortunately, that's changed. For some reason, you cannot make reservations any longer. You can either Prepay ( I understand the savings, but this option never worked out well due to my changing schedule ), or just show up and since Im a member I'm guaranteed a spot..though not necessarily a covered spot. Why not continue to allow reservations being made and I'll settle up when I leave, as was always the case before construction? Perhaps I'm in the minority, and everyone else prefers to pre-pay.. if so, that's ok. There are still a number of very good locations around the airport that allow you to make reservations..and without the additional expense Preflight now charges. ( Kind of "eats in" to that prepayed savings ).
