  • We had a family vacation linked to a wedding and many of us stayed at the Encore. Richard at the check in went out of his way to make sure we were on the same floor with connecting and adjoining rooms. The staff were helpful and very professional. The pools are grand, the hair salon was good but not spectacular and the SW was a lovely place for a quiet celebratory family dinner.
