  • In theory this is a cool place to get Vegas Knights gear, but the store is poorly run. Most visits here end in disappointment. To start, several times we've come here to find a slim selection of sizes for clothing. My husband is an average size and they are out of his size most of the time. My husband wanted to get a name and patch added to his jersey. The first time he visited he was told they had patches, but not letters. When he returned to actually get patches added they suddenly had names, but not patches. It doesn't seem like anyone working there knows what's going on. On our last visit we were asked if we were season ticket holders. We are so we said yes and were told they offer a discount. What?? Where was this when my husband was spending $80 to add a name to his jersey or for everything else he has purchased the last few months? They did a poor job communicating this season ticket holder perk. Overall, I feel like the store takes care of their customers in the same poor manner that they take care of season ticket holders. Awesome team, poor business on the back end.
