I've never had an experience with a company who has worse customer service. After 2 calls, I did manage to make an appointment to use my Groupon, but they didn't show up. On calling back, I rescheduled for another day and time. They didn't show up then either. I've left at least 3 voice mails since then but still have not received a call back. At least Groupon refunded my money, but this company is COMPLETELY unreliable.
