  • We chose Carpet Star based on the excellent Yelp reviews and are pleased to say we made the perfect choice. We scheduled the carpet cleaning and had to reschedule because of an out-of-town conflict. Steve was great to work with on rescheduling and was able to take care of us on the day we requested. We were very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He measured the areas we wanted cleaned and gave us a couple of options/prices. He explained both methods and did not try to push us into one or the other options. He was very honest about what we could expect. The price for both options was very reasonable. Steve made our ten-year old carpet look almost new. We will definitely use him next time and will highly recommend him to friends.
