| - I've been to this salon a few times, and it was hit or miss.. Either the pedi was great and the nails were a mess, or vice versa. I've always given them another chance.. hoping my next experience would be better....
I went in the salon last Thursday to have a pedi and get my nails done. Once again, the pedicure was great and my toes look awesome. Fast forward to my nails.. Fawn (Not sure if that is the correct spelling) started on my nails, but complained about other customers the entire time... I had asked the owner/manager, Jacee, about the chrome gel polish which she said yes they could do. 2 hours after my arrival, Fawn told me that "Noone wants to do the chrome polish" which upset me.. I told her that she lost my business as I got up to leave. Jacee came over and said she would do it. Her and Fawn then got into a screaming match in front of 5 or 6 other customers in the salon. It was extremely unprofessional.
Jacee finished up my nails, and they looked horrible.. I wasn't going to say anything as she was already upset... Not to mention she had her 3 year old daughter was there being, well 3...
I was planning on giving them another shot - chalking it up to maybe a bad day... But after 4 days, my gel nails look worse and the polish has started chipping off. I will never go back to that shop, and will tell all of my friends that go there, of my experience.
Sorry, but with 15,000 salons in the East Valley - no reason should anyone be unsatisfied with their services... Especially after paying $77 for a gel mani/Pedi.
