  • I have to admit this really was the best grilled cheese of my life (don't tell my mom). The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was due to the price. My work in Tempe does food trucks every Thursday and this was the first time I've tried 2 Fat Guys. I had my eye on "the king of clubs" and I must say it's delicious. Cheddar cheese, ham, bacon, and sliced pickles. With a side choice of: chips, macaroni salad, or potato salad. I chose macaroni salad. The food itself is great; a greasy grilled cheese the way it should be. And the service was great, the guys running the truck were engaging and funny. My grilled cheese and macaroni salad ran me $10. Good thing my office has drinks. Overall, I would recommend this truck if you get the opportunity. And I hope they come back.
