  • Originally i started with Good life back out in Ottawa. I must say that it was good then, clubs there were new and had a good friendly staff. One thing i liked most about good life is there membership can be used all around the country. This particular good life is ok. Nothing special, nothing to overly complain about. Have all the major equipment's that you would need in your typical workout, weights, machine, stretching area, etc. They can do a bit better on maybe keeping the male washroom a little more clean. I know that can be difficult at times. One major problem is, its located in the basement of a shopping mall. So for anyone that needs to be attached to their mobile devices at all time, i highly suggest you not come to this location
