| - If I could give below 1 star I would. They called saying they would be coming to our property within the hour. I was doing working in the garage, the front yard, and our courtyard. The tech "Steve" never came, in fact, they have a GPS tracker that showed it was at a park the whole time. Then all of the sudden, I get text messages saying that my issue would have to be resolved at a later time. So I go ahead and call the company, the phone operator was incredibly aggressive with me basically saying I wasn't at the property, yet no one even showed up to the property. On top of that, even if they did, they never even called us to tell my wife or I that they were at the property. More importantly, just to convey this issue, I was hung up on 3 separate times by their phone operator. I think asked to speak with a manager at which point I was on hold for over 10 minutes. Lisa answered the phone and said that the "tech" even took a picture of our house, and then sarcastically said that I must of been doing a whole lot of nothing in the front yard except for raking rocks. I told her I didn't appreciate the tone or the attitude. She then went on to state that I would not be receiving service and no techs would be coming out to my house for service. Then she pointed out that I was "speaking" over her the whole time and didn't give me a chance to offer me a concession. I asked "what is your concession?" She straight up said your concession is you can work with a new contractor, and then slammed the phone down at which point the call disconnected. Last and most importantly, they did not care that we have an 8 day old baby in the house with a malfunctioning AC unit. Additionally information: I reached out to the home warranty company, and come to find out they (the contractor) cancelled the service.
