  • I've been to the R Bar several times...always on a Saturday evening though. . And it's never crowded. Very welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. There is indoor/outdoor seating. I love the music! One man band plays until 10pm or 11pm. The staff is helpful. They're there when you need them. I've tried several of their dishes. The baja shrimp cocktail is my favorite! The chicken chopped salad is my least favorite. It is a chopped salad, but the chicken breast wasn't chopped (hmmmm), I could'nt stop eating the calamari! Definitely put R Bar on your list if you have looking for a place to mellow out.
