Takes way too long to get an appointment. They do 2 intakes before they schedule with a therapist. The therapist I had was not a good fit for me. She stared at me uncomfortably. She seemed to be a little lost when it came to giving advice for your mental wellness. The first appointment was February 1 and they didn't have another available until the end of February. For therapy to be effective it needs to be more often on a regular basis. They are always crowded and that's not a good thing when u need to be seen soon. Found another therapist one who I can go to weekly.
