  • Picked up an order for takeout... Ordered with the hostess who was unsure about the system, which was fine, someone helped her. Food came out pretty quick. Went to ask for some condiments where I hear one of the cooks remark, "Tell her she's not hot enough," to another waitress. Asked for 2 mayos and 1 ranch. Got 1 mayo, 2 ranches. Got to the car to hand out food to the family so we could continue our road trip. Deviled eggs: filling was good, white was suuuper rubbery. Burger: ordered burger with bacon and cheese. Came with no bacon. Kids burgers: ordered plain. Had ketchup. Grilled chicken sandwich: ordered plain, came plain. Was good. Fries: Would have been good if they had been cooked fresh and not sitting around for awhile. Mashed potatoes & gravy: no gravy. Food had potential to be good but the staff is clearly bringing this place down.
