  • Wait was about 30 minutes (4 people ahead of us) Agent did the usual buy our insurance speech but instead of offering it she acted like it was absolutely necessary and after hours of traveling I almost didn't catch that she had charged it without even asking me. Then she before she took it off she kept saying "I do not recommend this, you will be responsible for paying for blah blah." The agent was also overly pushy trying to up-sell us on other cars after we told her we were happy with the one we got. We were happy with the car and even though check in was painful - returning the car was pretty painless.
