  • I'm really surprised there aren't more reviews for this place...it's absolutely amazing! First, let's talk about the building and facilities: sit, stay awhile! Best customer lounge, feels like you're in a really nice waiting room. Don't mind if I do! If you're like me and have little ones who run errands with you, it's perfect! Turn the TV to Disney channel, grab a bottle of water, and you're set! Seriously, best waiting room. Since their service is quick, you might not need the customer lounge for that long but it's great for an oil change! Secondly, all the guys are great! Jeff has been the primary point of contact for my trips. He's so helpful and nice to me! I never feel like I'm being sold to or like they're trying to get me to buy services I don't need. Plus, he meets me at my car and helps me to the door - again, when traveling with two littles, that's wonderful! Lastly, their pricing is excellent. Not over priced or so low that you're worried about the service, but just right. If anything, sitting in the lounge makes you feel like you should be paying more for your service! All in all, I love this place. I don't dread taking my car in for an oil change...but I kind of look forward to a mini retreat :)
